為了因應授課需要，配合老師們所開設的課程，圖書館提供「教師指定參考書服務」，在圖書館內集中陳列課程教科書以外其他必讀的指定參考資料（不含延伸或推薦閱讀），俾便學生利用。各課程的教科書，另有陳列地點，不同於教師指定參考書架。

• 提列須知

  • 可提列的資料類型：館藏圖書、視聽媒體資料（影片須為公開播放版，或教師自己錄製、版權屬個人所有），或老師個人印製並裝訂的資料（必須符合著作權法）

  • 提交時程：每學期開學前2週。新進教師請於取得任教課表後2週內提出推薦，以便圖書館作業。

  • 每位任課教師於本館陳列之指定參考資料以20件為限。

• 指定參考書推薦單[下載]，填寫完成後，請Email至：lib.services@mail.wzu.edu.tw，主旨請註明「指定參考書」。

• 教師指定參考資料若為圖書，書架位於圖書館B1；若為視聽媒體資料，位於5樓媒體資源中心。

• 教師指定參考資料於學期結束後下架，回置原館藏地及架位。若為學年課程，則保留至學年結束。

• 教師指定參考資料僅開放圖書館閉館前2小時外借至隔天開館後2小時內歸還，若逾期歸還，則每小時每件收取逾期處理費新台幣5元。

• 教師指定參考資料相關問題，請洽參考服務館員，分機2723。

• 歡迎老師採用電子書，於「網路學園平台」課綱中提供書目及連結網址，可同時讓多位學生參考閱讀，不受紙本圖書外借之限制。

Instructors can place required reading materials other than textbooks or recommended readings in the Library to ensure that students in the class can access to the materials.
Submission Guidelines for Wenzao Instructors

• Materials that can be requested for course reserve include books, audiovisual materials with public performance rights, or personal course packs containing materials in compliance with the Taiwan Copyright Act.

• Please submit reserve requests 2 weeks before the semester starts. Newcomer instructors may submit the request in 2 weeks after the course notification is received.

• A maximum of 20 items may be placed on Reserve per faculty member

• Please download the Course Reserve Request Form and submit the completed form to library staff via email at 91050@mail.wzu.edu.tw

• Course Reserve is located on the B1F of the Library. For audiovisual materials, the location is Media Resources Center, 5th Floor.

• Unless specified otherwise all materials are automatically removed from the Course Reserve at the end of each semester.

• Course Reserve items may be checked out for overnight use 2 hours prior to closing and must be returned within 2 hours of opening, the following morning. Overdue charges for Course Reserve items are NT. 5 per hour.

• Instructors are encouraged to list electronic books by the bibliographic information and URL links in course syllabus on WM Pro, the Wenzao E-Learning site.
