為便利教師研究及教學需求，可自行下載或至流通櫃臺填寫長期借閱申請表。

• 長期借閱資料冊/件數：圖書10冊，媒體資源中心資料5件(每個條碼算一件)，不與個人可借冊/件數併計。
• 借期以一學期之內或研究計劃期間為限，不得續借，逾期歸還依圖書館相關規定處理。
• 指定參考書、參考書、期刊（含合訂本）及學報等資料均不得申請長期借閱。
• 申請人須妥善保管所借圖書資料，遺失或毀損概依圖書館相關規定賠償。
• 圖書館得視需要臨時催還長期借出之資料。

Long-Term Loan for Faculty 

To meet exceptional needs for teaching or research, Wenzao faculty or staff may check out items for Semester Loan Period.Material types and the number of items include books (10 volumes) and multimedia material (5 items).Course Reserves, Reference works, Periodicals and College Journals are not allowed for semester loan period.The request form is available at the Circulation Desk or downloadable online at here.
