文藻教職員生持文藻外語大學所核發的學生證或教職員證，即可借閱或利用本校圖書資源。校友、短期教師或進修學員、校外館際合作單位必須持有本館核發的借書證才能入館借閱文藻館藏。下列圖書資訊服務系統各有不同功能，因系統軟體或主管單位各有差異，故無法整合為一。使用前，請詳閱說明。
可以提供您多項便利服務，包括：
- 線上查詢個人借閱現況：書名、冊數、到期日等等。
- 線上續借
- 線上預約
- 線上薦購資料
- 修改個人資料：地址、電話、email。
- 校外使用電子資源
- 使用自助借書機借書
密碼預設值即個人身分證號；境外生則以護照號碼為預設密碼。
若在資訊服務入口網更改過密碼，將同步更新到圖書館系統內。如忘記曾設定過的密碼，請至資訊服務入口網變更。
如果你要找的資料，在本館無法獲得滿足，可透過此系統查詢其他圖書館的館藏，向他館申請借書或複印文獻資料，服務需付費給他館。此為由國研院科技政策中心自行維運的系統，需要此服務者，須直接於此系統自行申請帳號、密碼，與學校帳號密碼並不相通用。
文藻或教育部所購置的電子資源，僅限於文藻網域內使用。若在校外連線使用這些資源，必須採取校外認證方式才能順利使用。請點選此連結參閱圖示說明。
My Accounts
Your Wenzao Library account allows you to view the library items you have checked out and their due dates, to request renewals for current checkouts, and to see a list of items that you place holds.
To place a hold on a loaned item, you may make a request online through the library catalog by typing in your Wenzao library account ID and PIN. Also, to check out books by using the Self-Checkout system with touch screen, you need your Wenzao library card and to type in your PIN to proceed the checkout without waiting in a long queue at the Circulation Desk.
Your library account ID is your Wenzao ID number and the default PIN (Personal Identification Number) assigned by the Library is the last four digits of your Taiwan Identity Card number (for Taiwan citizenship) or passport number (for international students or faculty members). For students or faculty members from China, the PIN is set as the last four digits of your Taiwan Entry Permit number.
Nationwide Document Delivery Service (Borrowing from Other Libraries)
If you can't find what you need in the Wenzao Library, you may make an online request to borrow books or to acquire full text articles from other libraries through Nationwide Document Delivery Service(NDDS). This is a fee-based online service hosted by Science & Technology Policy Research and Information Center, a unit of National Applied Research Labs. Therefore, to use NDDS system you must first register for an NDDS account if you do not already have one.
Off-Campus Access to Library Resources
Library electronic resources have strict licensing agreements. The remote access to licensed e-Journals, research databases and e-resources is restricted to currently enrolled students, university faculty, and staff.
To access Wenzao-restricted resources from outside of the Wenzao campus network, you must log in with your Wenzao Library ID and PIN through proxy connections.
