• 本校專兼任教師、編制內職員工及在籍學生可透過網路薦購系統推薦圖書館訂購書刊資料。
• 師生及職員工皆可推薦一般性的書刊或多媒體視聽資料，原則上不受理複本薦購，請先查館藏目錄確定無館藏。
• 專業書刊資料，以由教師推薦為原則，書單需經過系所中心主任同意並簽名，才送交圖書館進行後續作業，詳細說明請參閱「文藻外語大學圖書資料薦購辦法」。
• 圖書館收件後，會依據館藏發展政策及經費狀況決定是否訂購。具爭議性之資料，依「文藻外語大學爭議性資料處理原則」辦理。
• 決定採購的資料，可由館藏目錄得知狀態為「訂購中」（1 copy under consideration for 圖書館）。
• 登入帳號密碼同校務系統。

Wenzao faculty, staff and matriculating students are eligible to recommend items for the Library. For general interest purpose, library users with Wenzao ID number and PIN may recommend items through the Online Purchase Request System. For curriculum or research purposes, items suggested for purchase must be approved by the affiliated department chairperson. Before making any purchase request, please search in the online catalog in advance to make sure if we already have the item in the library.
